葉山莊 (Hayamasou)

酒店是日本民居改建的，整個環境還可以。店主的先輩估計是獵人，店內的餐廳放著很多動物標本。房間挺普通的。房內是兩張摺疊床,有空調暖氣。房外有公共廁所和冼漱的地方。公共冼澡間帶了個約8平方公尺的溫泉池，溫泉挺不錯的。 店主是約七、八十歲的兩夫妻。管家老奶奶很軸，不會英語，溝通很困難。離開時我想暫時存放一下行李她都不願意。 因為第二天是週六，房價翻升3倍，我就換房了。 這裡距離十日町站3公里多，拉行李徒步要一個多小時，打車很貴，要2000日元左右。

The worst living experience we have even been. The room is too small for two people, it is extremely different from the images we have seen in 訂房網站. Also the cleanliness is very terrible, many bugs and insects.

很差，最鬱悶的一次日本住宿。

first of all. the building is amazing. the decoration is gorgeous, the rooms feel totally japanese and there are so many stuffed animals, artworks and decorative things all over the house. the public bath was also very clean and looked great. unfortunately the water was too hot for me to take a bath. in my room I encountered 3 ladybugs, I just picked them up and threw them out of the window. the reception is managed by an old but kind lady, which does not speak a single word of english, but I still could communicate with her and she even dried my shoes. the toilets are very old and I recommend to take the toilet on the firet floor, because they are more modernized. the house itself is close to the woods. the check-in was smooth. the room provided towels, a yukata, a refrigerator, tv. and air conditioning

More kind of a hostel from an old grandma, who doesn't speak a single word of English. The toilet smelled really bad. We had a big room, so the bed was ok. Breakfast minimal. Located in the middle of nowhere

交通非常不便，40分鐘打不到車、坐不到巴士。唯一服務員老奶奶完全不懂英文。衞生、安全性都不好。大門壞的，門上釘著十幾衹青蛙，房間有蒼蠅和蚊子。1700元2間房，沒專用洗手間和浴室。茶杯茶壺臟。孩子們不敢睡進被子裡。用椅子凳子湊合一夜。訂了三晚，住一晚，後面兩晚不給退，我們還是被迫離開。
